# Stake Tokens

1\. Click on "Stake": Select "Stake" on the QExchange dashboard.

2\. Choose Your Token: Pick the brand token you want to stake.

3\. Enter Staking Amount: Type in how many tokens you’re staking. You’ll see an estimate of your potential rewards.

4\. Proceed: Lock in your tokens by clicking "Proceed." Sit back, relax, and watch the rewards roll in over time.
